Check in time is 3:00pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 11:00am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, subject to availability, charges may be applicable. The property may only be occupied by two people per bedroom, plus one person on the pullout in den. It may be necessary for staff or agents to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
Payment Method: Check or Money Order
Deposit: 1/3 of total rent due at time of booking, plus
$300 security deposit-refundable
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for Holiday bookings, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

All cancellations must be received in writing:
60 days before arrival guest is entitled to a full refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
30 days before arrival results in a 100% forfeiture of total rent.
